Edit request: add search link[]

It would be more user-friendly to link the user to the search page automatically, instead of just linking to MA Help:Search. Adapted from an old version of Wikipedia's Template:No article text, the wikitext could look something like this:

<span class="plain-links">[//memory-alpha.fandom.com/w/index.php?search={{urlencode:{{PAGENAME}}}}&title=Special%3ASearch&fulltext=1 search for ''{{PAGENAME}}'' in Memory Alpha]</span>

which, in the middle of the second list item would look like this:

... to try searching for Noarticletext in Memory Alpha ...

Sulfur, thanks for implementing my suggestion. —andrybak (talk) 18:09, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

It was a good one. Thanks for suggesting. -- Sulfur (talk) 02:33, 2 August 2021 (UTC)

It seems that the search link broke after the recent upgrade to MediaWiki 1.37.2 (Special:Version). Instead of leading to Special:Search, the link leads to non-existent Index.php (and article with name "Index.php"). Unfortunately, I don't have time to figure out a fix. —andrybak (talk) 01:09, 3 June 2022 (UTC)

I think I fixed it. --Gvsualan (talk) 02:03, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
