Melanie Scrofano (born 20 December 1981; age 43) is an actress who played Marie Batel in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
She is best known for starring in Syfy's Wynonna Earp between 2016 and 2021, alongside Katherine Barrell. Rachael Ancheril, Patrick Kwok-Choon, and Greg Bryk played recurring roles, while Robert Verlaque and Clare McConnell guested on this show. She reprised the role in the 2024 Hulu sequel film Wynonna Earp: Vengeance (again with Katherine Barrell).
In 2010, she played the recurring role of Rebecca in Being Erica (with Michael Copeman, Alan van Sprang, and Lisa Berry), and between 2012 and 2014, the role of Tia Tremblay in The Listener (with James Cade, Kenneth Welsh, Bruce Gray, Alan van Sprang, Sara Mitich, Riley Gilchrist, Shawn Doyle, Katherine Barrell, Marie Ward, Conrad Pla, Milton Barnes, Hiro Kanagawa, Alex Spencer, Michael Boisvert, Danijel Mandic, Chris Violette, and Rothaford Gray).
She played the recurring role of Mrs. McMurray in Letterkenny (with Alex Spencer, Alex McCooeye, Kevan Kase, Tyler Hynes, and Sash Striga) between 2016 and 2023.
In 2019, she co-starred in Ready or Not, featuring Hanneke Talbot, Elana Dunkelman, Nicky Guadagni, James Eddy, and Adam Winlove-Smith.
