Depending on what your issue is, there are several different ways that you can get in touch with the right person at Memory Alpha.
General questions[]
If you have a question about Memory Alpha, a compliment or complaint, or for "meta" issues concerning the operation of the wiki, post them on the Ten Forward page.
Contacting users[]
If you would like to contact a user at Memory Alpha, click on their name to be taken to their user page. Then click on the "my talk" link to be taken to that user's talk page.
If you have any comments or concerns, Memory Alpha administrators can be reached on their talk pages or can be contacted by email at memoryalpha@fandom.com or en.memory.alpha@gmail.com, on Twitter @memoryalpha, on Mastodon @memoryalpha@tenforward.social, or at TheMemoryAlpha on Facebook.
The Memory Alpha Discord server is another way to communicate with both Administrators and Fandom staff, often in real-time chat.
Production staff verification[]
If you are a member of the production staff, either in front of or behind the camera, and wish to contact us, please check out our page dedicated to working with production staff to help us verify your identity.
Bug reports[]
Memory Alpha uses the open source MediaWiki wiki engine. If you think that you have encountered a bug in the software, please do not send it to the developers. Instead, report the bug to an administrator, who will determine what to do with the information.
Note that misspellings and false information do not qualify as bug reports! Please fix them yourself instead.
