Bajoran wormhole

Self-nomination. Everything you need to know about the galaxy's only known stable wormhole. ;-) -- Dan Carlson 03:21, 23 Jun 2004 (CEST)

  • Seconded. -- Redge 10:13, 23 Jun 2004 (CEST)

[[Enterprise (NX-01)

Self-nomination. A very detailed history (and alternate histories) of this very important vessel. --Steve 21:40, 23 Jun 2004 (CEST)

Nominations with objections

Various people have contributed to this article and jointly created what i consider a very good overview of one of the most important locations in the Trek-universe. However, there are still numerous dead links among the cities and the orbital facilities. --BlueMars 20:55, Jun 18, 2004 (CEST)

  • True, but in the explination itself there are almost no dead links (one). Only in the "reference list". I think this could make a good nominated article, though there might still be some info added. Ottens 14:30, 22 Jun 2004 (CEST)
  • Seconded. If this article is featured, the dead links will fill up themselves. -- Redge 15:49, 22 Jun 2004 (CEST)

Warp drive

My congratulations go out to Chuckhoffmann, who clearly did his homework on this one. Some canon issues are still being worked out, but I'm confident that'll work out just fine. -- Redge 17:08, 12 Jun 2004 (CEST)

  • Opposed. There are severe issues (mainly content, some style issues as well) still being discussed on that article's talk page. -- Cid Highwind 17:39, 12 Jun 2004 (CEST)

Xindi War

Self-nomination. A detailed review of the final battles of the Xindi Conflict (2153-2154). Covers events from The Expanse to Zero Hour. --

  • Opposed. It has the makings of a great article, but it needs some serious reworking to fit its focus. Additionally, the title really needs work. IMO "Xindi War" is wholly inappropriate for what it's covering. -- Dan Carlson 00:32, 12 Jun 2004 (CEST)

Doomsday machine

Self-nomination. A fairly long and detailed article about one of the best TOS episodes there was. -- Dan Carlson 17:01, 10 Jun 2004 (CEST)

  • I disagree. This is a good article, but IMO misplaced. Read Talk:Doomsday machine. -- K 17:16, 10 Jun 2004 (CEST)
  • Seconded. Ottens 18:59, 10 Jun 2004 (CEST)
  • Support. -- Michael Warren 22:57, 10 Jun 2004 (CEST)
  • Seconded. -- Redge 10:17, 23 Jun 2004 (CEST)
If no agreement is reached soon (it's been 10 days since nomination), we'll have to archive the nomination untill the problems K has with them are resolved. -- Redge 10:18, 23 Jun 2004 (CEST)

Klingon blade weapons

An exceptional detailed article on minor equipment. Ottens 10:01, 9 Jun 2004 (CEST)

  • Opposed. That article should be split up, with one article for each of the different weapons. -- Dan Carlson 16:32, 9 Jun 2004 (CEST)
  • Oppose for same reasons. bat'leth, mek'leth and d'k tahg at least deserve their own entries. -- Michael Warren 22:57, 10 Jun 2004 (CEST)

Genesis Planet

A lengthy description that accurately covers the events surrounding this complex planet. -- Dan Carlson 17:56, 9 Jun 2004 (CEST)

  • Seconded. Ottens 17:59, 9 Jun 2004 (CEST)
  • Opposed. I don´t know. When I read the article, I got the disinct feeling that it was more or less a transcript of the movie, focussing on the Genesis planet. It isn´t so much as I´d sort that information for an encyclopdia. Take for instance the mention of the Genesis effect using protomatter and not being stable. It´s mentioned between two less important paragraphs. Maybe it just needs to be resorted a little. -- Redge 20:04, 9 Jun 2004 (CEST)
