(written from a Production point of view)
Michael Bailous is an actor who appeared in several episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise. His only credited role was in the DS9 fourth season episode "Hippocratic Oath". Bailous also worked as stand-in on DS9.
Special effects make-up Jem'Hadar gloves, worn by Bailous, were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and a Klingon uniform was sold off on the Profiles in History sale. [1] [2] Another costume worn by him was later also sold off. However, this costume does not match the characters in the VOY sixth season episode "Tsunkatse". [3]
Bailous was featured in the science fiction thriller Invader (1996, with Carlos Carrasco, Leland Orser, David Cowgill, Andrew Alden, and Angus McClellan). He also appeared as a NYPD officer in the CSI: NY second season episode "City of the Dolls" (2005, with Robert Joy and Stacey Carino).
He earned a degree in Business Administration from the Northeastern University in Boston in 1984.
