Michael O'Hagan (18 September 19401 November 2017; age 77) was the actor who played Fraddock in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Cold Front".

O'Hagan appeared in almost a hundred film and television productions throughout four decades, in Ireland, Britain, and the United States. His UK television credits include series like The Onedin Line, Into the Labyrinth, The Detective, Super Gran, Tales of the Unexpected, and The Bill. He also appeared in the 1983 Sherlock Holmes TV movie The Sign of Four and the famous 1984 nuclear holocaust television film Threads. Between 1988 and 1991, he played the recurring role of Johnny Harris in the long-running British soap opera EastEnders.

In the US, O'Hagan appeared in supporting roles in films such as Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997, with Michael G. Hagerty, Francis Guinan, and Enrique Murciano), Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (1998, with Anne Haney, Richard Herd, Leon Rippy, Bob Gunton, and J. Patrick McCormack), Gods and Monsters (1998, with Jack Alsted), End of Days (1999, with Mark Margolis, Jack Shearer, Gary Anthony Williams, and Marc Lawrence), The Lodger (2009, with Daphne Ashbrook), and the TV movie Marco Polo (2007, with Alan Shearman).
