Michael Wajacs (born 4 February 1950; age 74) is the stage name for actor, musician, and singer, Michael Jackson [1], who was one of the regular background performers on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and also in a few episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. He received no credit for his appearances.

Since 1968 he has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild and since 1970 a member of AFTRA. Among his earliest work are two 1968 episodes of the comedy series Julia where he appeared as Homer Lang. [2] In 1972, he operated the public relations firm called Wajacs Productions. [3]

Beside his work on Star Trek, Wajacs was featured in The American President (1995, with Anne Haney, Beau Billingslea, Gail Strickland, Clement von Franckenstein, John Mahon, Jordan Lund, Richard McGonagle, Beans Morocco, George Murdock, Googy Gress, Ron Canada, Greg Poland, David Drew Gallagher, Ray Uhler, Martin Sheen, Craig Hosking, Warren Tabata, Aric Rogokos, Uriah Carr, Dan Magee, Sherry O'Keefe, Adolphus Hankins, and Mike Fujimoto), Contact (1997, with Geoffrey Blake, Timothy McNeil, Angela Bassett, Tucker Smallwood, Robin Gammell, Boris Krutonog, Bill Thomas Miller, and Fran Severini), Deep Impact (1998, with James Cromwell, Gary Werntz, Denise Crosby, Mark Moses, Tucker Smallwood, Merrin Dungey, Ellen Bry, Concetta Tomei, Kurtwood Smith, Christopher Darga, Mic Rodgers, Cullen Chambers, Charles S. Television work includes episodes of The Nanny (1995 episode "Canasta Masta" with Daniel Davis and Michael Bailous), Almost Perfect (1996, with David Clennon), Melrose Place (1997, with Deborah Lacey, Dey Young, Skip Stellrecht, Barry Wiggins, Ken Thorley, and Christopher Michael), Cybill (1997 with Irving Ross and Dorothy Hack), Significant Others (1998), and L.A. Doctors (1998, with Rosemary Forsyth and Camille Saviola).

More recently, he appeared in the short drama Franchise (2012) and in episodes of Bosch (2018, with Titus Welliver, Jamie McShane, and Kristen Ariza) and Schooled (2020).
