Michele Echols (born 28 February 1960; age 65) is an actress and model who played a Romulan civilian in the Star Trek: Picard first season episode "Absolute Candor". [1] As a background performer, she received no credit for the role.
She is the founder and president of the Los Angeles-based gourmet dog food company Bite My Biscuit. In 2009, she worked as food steward on the second season of the cooking contest show Chopped.
