Mickey Cottrell (born 4 September) is the actor, producer, and publicist who made two guest appearances on Star Trek.
He first appeared as Chancellor Alrik in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The Perfect Mate" for which he filmed his scenes on Monday 24 February 1992 and Tuesday 25 February 1992 on Paramount Stage 8, 9, and 16. He then portrayed Councilor Dumah in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "The Raven" for which he filmed his scenes on on Monday 21 July 1997 and Tuesday 22 July 1997 on Paramount Stage 8. His costumes from both episodes were later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] [2] [3] [4]
In early 2016, Cottrell suffered from a stroke and was expected to have a complex surgery and extensive physical therapy. [5] [6]
