Mike Gomez (born 18 April 1951; age 68) played two different Ferengi in two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He filmed his scenes for "The Last Outpost" on Tuesday 25 August 1987.

Gomez made his film debut in 1980's Getting Wasted with Tracey Walter. Next was 1981's Zoot Suit along with John Anderson, Robert Beltran, Tony Plana, Marco Rodriguez, and Kurtwood Smith. Gomez and Plana worked together once again in the 1983 western El Norte with Larry Cedar. Also that year, Gomez re-teamed with Cedar in Women of San Quentin with Gregg Henry. 1985 found Gomez making an Appointment with Fear opposite James Avery. Gomez reunited with another Zoot Suit co-star, this time Marco Rodriguez, in The Patriot with Michael J. Pollard; the film featured Gomez together again with Gregg Henry. In 1988, Gomez starred in the Robert Redford directed Milagro Beanfield War with Jerry Hardin. Then in 1990, Gomez joined Trek alumni in the nuclear war film, By Dawn's Early Light. Appearing with Gomez were Daniel Benzali, Nicolas Coster, Ann Gillespie, Glenn Morshower, Robert O'Reilly, Steve Rankin, and Jon Steuer. 1993 saw Gomez with Clancy Brown in Last Light.
