Mike Hawthorne (born 3 August 1979; age 45) is a comic book artist. He is perhaps best known for his work on The Un-Men from Vertigo (DC Comics). He studied at the Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Arts and received a BFA from Temple University.

After finishing, he started ThinkTank Comics. With his comic Hysteria, he gained notoriety in the industry, despite ThinkTank Comics almost going under. Since then, he has worked on a wide variety of titles including The Ballad of Sleeping Beauty and Umbra. He also has begun publishing Hysteria through Image Comics.

More recently, he contributed the art (interior and cover) to IDW Publishing's first issue of the second Alien Spotlight series, one focusing on Tribbles.
