Milton "Milt" Tarver (20 December 1943 – 30 December 2004; age 61) was the actor who played a Human scientist in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Time's Arrow".
Tarver was a prolific stage and screen actor, who made over fifty television guest appearances from the early 1980s to the early 2000s.
