Mimi Kuzyk (born 21 February 1952; age 67) is the actress who portrayed the mother of Sylvia Tilly, Siobhan, in the first Star Trek: Short Treks episode "Runaway".

Kuzyk was born in the Canadian city of Winnipeg as the child of two Ukrainian immigrants.

Kuzyk has been active both in Canadian and American television since 1979, first appearing as an extra in the Canadian comedy show Second City Television, starring several famous comedians including Andrea Martin, John Candy, Rick Moranis, Harold Ramis and Martin Short.

Among her many television appearances are episodes of Quantum Leap (starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell), seaQuest DSV (starring Marco Sanchez, with Robert Foxworth) Outer Limits and The Strain (with Stephen McHattie and Ron Canada).

Her first feature film role was Brenda in the 1988 movie The Kiss.
