In 2152, the crew of the visiting Enterprise NX-01 picked up some Minaran spinach on Risa. Chef later wanted to serve this spinach together with fried chicken and scalloped potatoes on the week of August 12th, and tried to convince the crew he'd find a way to make Minaran spinach edible.
