List of Mixtus inhabitants.

Mixtus II settler and his wife []

Mixtus II settler

Rich male settler

This wealthy male and his wife were the sole inhabitants of Mixtus II.

During a meeting aboard the USS Vancouver in 2380, he voiced his outrage over this demolition of a moon that was falling out of orbit, claiming that it blocked pollution from Mixtus III from reaching "my people", and claimed that they would perish without the moon.

After several other pro-moon representatives felt satisfied with the resolution that Captain Carol Freeman came to, which allowed the destruction of the moon to go forth, he was the lone holdout. He quickly became hysterical, to the point of jumping up and down on a tabletop, screaming at Freeman and Commander Jack Ransom, calling them "murderers", and claiming that if they destroyed the moon, they would "have blood on [their] hands". Out of desperation, he even attempted to convince Freeman that what they were doing was in violation of the Prime Directive, which she countered, didn't apply in this case.

When Freeman eventually discovered that his "civilization" consisted of only he and his wife, as they were rich, she immediately ordered the moon to be imploded. Her order led him to cry out that she and the other officers were maniacs, and that he and his wife "just redid the floors". (LD: "Cupid's Errant Arrow")

The male individual was voiced by Fred Tatasciore, while his wife was only mentioned in dialogue.

Mixtus III inhabitants []

These seven individuals inhabited Mixtus III when the planet was threatened by its fifth moon with a disintegrating orbit in 2380. They watched the disintegrating moon, then fled from its general direction, as its orbit had reached a critical altitude. (LD: "Cupid's Errant Arrow")

Two of these inhabitants later visited Tulgana IV, where they visited various recruitment booths in the commuter's market in front of the Federation Embassy in 2381. (LD: "Reflections")

He and others met aboard the USS Vancouver, with Captain Carol Freeman and Commander Jack Ransom of the USS Cerritos, to voice their individual protests regarding the demolition of the moon. He argued that of all the moons they worshipped, the moon in question was "one of the most important" of all the moons to which he and others like him prayed.

To appease the bickering aliens, Freeman offered to collect three tons of moon dust to be relocated for those he represented to worship. Her resolution pleased the him and the others in the group and they happily departed the ship. (LD: "Cupid's Errant Arrow")
