Ensign Mo Palmera was a Starfleet officer who lived during the late 24th century. In 2381, they served aboard the USS Cerritos under Captain Carol Freeman.
During that year, their name was on a list that Dr. T'Ana gave to Ensign D'Vana Tendi containing crewmembers that had avoided their annual physical exam for Tendi to find. Palmera was the first Tendi successfully tracked down and scanned. (LD: "Mugato, Gumato", display graphic)
