In an alternate timeline, Molly was a young inhabitant of Gaia, a descendant of Miles O'Brien and Rita Tannenbaum.

Molly came from a long line of "Mollys" who were all descended from the O'Brien line that had inhabited Gaia from the mid-22nd century to the mid-24th century. Like her predecessors, she was named in honor of Molly O'Brien.

When she was introduced to Miles in 2373, he was described as her grandfather's great-great-great-grandfather. (DS9: "Children of Time")

Molly was played by Doren Fein.

The costume worn by Fein as Molly was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
