Morica Bilby was the wife of the Orion Syndicate operative Liam Bilby and the mother of his two children.

Although Liam lived and worked on Farius Prime, Morica and the children lived on New Sydney, which Liam considered safer for them. Morica frequently made cake for Liam, although he, and others, found her cakes to be dry. (DS9: "Honor Among Thieves")

After her husband's death, the Syndicate arranged for the Tigan family to place Morica on their pergium company's payroll, so as to provide her and her children with a stipend as her husband had died while on a mission for the Orion Syndicate. Her "job title" on the company's payroll was that of a shipping consultant without any actual work involved.

She was killed by Norvo Tigan after she demanded more money to maintain her silence. Miles O'Brien looked into Morica's disappearance and found her body in a river. (DS9: "Prodigal Daughter")

Morica Bilby was played by an unknown actress.
