Doctor Morton K. Greenspoon, OD is a contact lens specialist and consultant who was hired by Paramount Pictures as a contact lens consultant for the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "The Drumhead" and the fifth season episode "Conundrum" in 1991.

Greenspoon joined his father Reuben Greenspoon, also a contact lens specialist, in his practice Professional VisionCare Associates in 1951. In 1988 Greenspoon and Dr. Richard Silver joined as partners to form Professional VisionCare Associates and they worked in collaboration to create the technology for hand painted special effect soft contact lenses. As a still working optometrist, Greenspoon's practice is located in Sherman Oaks, California.

As contact lens consultant, Greenspoon worked on projects such as the television mystery thriller Salem's Lot (1979, starring David Soul), the horror film The Howling (1981, with Robert Picardo), the horror film Fright Night (1985, starring Chris Sarandon) and its sequel Fright Night Part II (1988), the horror film The Lost Boys (1987), the television movie The Incredible Hulk Returns (1988), the television series Dark Shadows (1991, starring Ben Cross and Jean Simmons), Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula (1992), and the horror film Wolf (1994).
