A Human mouth

The mouth was the opening of the body through which most species were able to communicate or absorb food. The tongue, palate, and teeth can be found inside the mouth of Humans and saliva was produced inside. (TNG: "Family"; VOY: "Threshold", "Revulsion") Some species and birds had a beak, an external attachment to their mouth. (DS9: "Q-Less", "The Forsaken"; VOY: "The Raven") The mouth was vital for performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. (TOS: "The Paradise Syndrome")

The wall sculpture

The atrium of the Vulcan monastery at P'Jem featured a large wall sculpture which depicts a face including a mouth and eyes which had holes in the wall. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident")

In 2151, Malcolm Reed and Travis Mayweather used a plasma torch to create the mouth and the eyes of their Vulcan snowman on the surface of Archer's Comet. (ENT: "Breaking the Ice")
