Moxy's species was a humanoid species that had been associated with the Federation during the late 24th century. At least two members of this species had joined Starfleet by the 2380s. (LD: "Terminal Provocations", et al.)
The species resembled the Trill, but instead had ruddy colored skin with white spots on their temples, neck, and top of their ears. (LD: "Room for Growth")
