A bag of mushrooms

Jett Reno disliked mushrooms and would pick them off her pizza. (DIS: "An Obol for Charon")

In 2267, while trying to bait a Omicron spore-infected Spock, James T. Kirk called him "A carcass full of memory banks who should be squatting in a mushroom". (TOS: "This Side of Paradise")

Mushroom soup was one of Chakotay's favorite foods. In 2371, Seska found some mushrooms on a planet in the Delta Quadrant, and made it for him. (VOY: "State of Flux")

In 2372, Tuvix toned down the spices in Neelix's recipe for Trellan crepes to allow the taste of mushrooms to come through. When he explained this to Kes, she told him she loved the mushrooms. (VOY: "Tuvix")

Tom Paris suggested baked potato, onion rings, and grilled mushrooms to Harry Kim as a possible first meal after being rescued from an Akritirian prison in 2373. (VOY: "The Chute")

When Worf and Jadzia Dax briefly called off their wedding in 2374, Julian Bashir took the opportunity to break from Kal'Hyah and order a steak with mushrooms, a baked potato, sour cream, and chives. (DS9: "You Are Cordially Invited")

The shape resembled a Spacedock type's design. (Star Trek III: The Search for Spock; Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home; TNG: "11001001")
