NGC 602 was a star cluster located in the Small Magellanic Cloud. This cluster was located in the constellation Hydrus and was approximately 200,000 light years from Sol.
An image depicting NGC 602 was scanned by the Talosians as they reviewed the library computer files on board USS Enterprise in 2254. (TOS-R: "The Cage")
