Nathan was a chef at Sisko's Creole Kitchen in New Orleans on Earth.
When Benjamin and Jake Sisko went to Earth in 2372, Nathan served them gumbo. Benjamin also remarked to his father that Nathan would have trouble maintaining the restaurant if he had to leave. Nog knew the chef by name, ordering "the usual" from him – live tube grubs. (DS9: "Homefront")
Nathan was portrayed by an unknown actor.
