The navigation log of Enterprise NX-01

The navigational log of the Prometheus

A navigational log, navigation log, or flight log was a log of a starship's prior locations, movements and trajectories.

One of the monitors of the conn station aboard the NX-class Enterprise NX-01 displayed the navigation log of the ship. (ENT: "Breaking the Ice")

In 2153, after boarding a Xindi-Primate starship, the crew of Enterprise NX-01 found that most of the ship's computer core – including its navigational logs – had been erased. (ENT: "Stratagem")

In 2369, the crew of the USS Enterprise-D reconstructed Professor Galen's previous headings by accessing the flight log of his shuttle. (TNG: "The Chase")

In 2371, when USS Voyager encountered a type-4 quantum singularity, in an attempt to escape it, they appeared to have returned to the singularity despite traveling 1.4 light years away from it. Tuvok declared that there might have been an error in the navigational logs. (VOY: "Parallax")

The same year, Harry Kim was tasked to recreate Lieutenant Tuvok's navigational logs to find a way out of the dark matter nebula. (VOY: "Cathexis")

In 2373, the crew of the USS Defiant downloaded the navigational logs from a prior run into the ship's auto-pilot in an effort to exactly duplicate the ship's previous trajectory and travel back in time. (DS9: "Children of Time")

In 2374, The Doctor accessed the navigational logs of the USS Prometheus and confirmed that the ship headed at warp 9.9 to Romulan space. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle")

The same year, Commander Chakotay had Harry Kim, Tom Paris and Tuvok review navigational logs of the vessel of Kellin to try to verify her story that she had previously met the Voyager crew but they had no memory of her due to a unique facet of Ramuran biology. (VOY: "Unforgettable")
