Changes: New light

New light was a Vori language term for dawn. However, it was also used as a measurement of time.

For example, in 2374, the Fourth Vori Defense Contingent was ordered to "cluster" with the Seventh Defense Contingent in two new lights. (VOY: "Nemesis")
