Omega one was a secured data file that provided instructions on the Omega Directive. This file was accessed by Captain Kathryn Janeway in 2374 aboard the USS Voyager.

When notified of this report Captain Janeway sealed the doors to her ready room, once secured, access to the file required voice print identification and clearance code (of at least level 10). Once opened, the computer informed Janeway that the ship's sensors had detected the Omega phenomenon within 1.2 light years of their present location. (VOY: "The Omega Directive")
