The image was taken from page T0:02:07:02 of the Star Fleet Technical Manual by Franz Joseph. The map claimed to depict principal star systems in the Federation. Based on the scale for the chart, Oomaru was located over 2 parsecs from Sol. Oomaru and Yaan were stars in a binary star system.
