Pallor was a condition in which one's skin pigmentation or blood flow to the skin was poor.

In gunshot victims, this could indicate internal bleeding. In 2366, Cyrus Redblock guessed that based on Whalen's pallor, he would likely die soon. (TNG: "The Big Goodbye")

In 2364, Doctor Beverly Crusher chalked up the Aldeans' extreme pallor, among other symptoms, to chromosomal damage of some sort. (TNG: "When The Bough Breaks")

In 2367, after William T. Riker had the Trill symbiont Odan implanted inside him, Beverly Crusher remarked that he looked pale. (TNG: "The Host")
