Parker was a Human male who lived during the mid-24th century, who served as an enlisted or non-commissioned operations division Starfleet crewman aboard the USS Enterprise-C under Captain Rachel Garrett.
Parker was on board during the battle at Narendra III in 2344, and was presumed lost with the rest of the ship's complement.
Following the Enterprise-C's transport to 2366, Parker held the ops station for its return through the temporal rift. (TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise")
Parker was played by an unknown actor.
Parker's rank was not visible, however, the black collar on his uniform indicated his status.
