Parley Baer (5 August 191422 November 2002; age 88) was an actor who played an old man in the Star Trek: Voyager third season episode "Sacred Ground".

He appeared in numerous film and television projects, but is perhaps best known for giving voice to the elf Ernie Keebler in the Keebler cookie commercials. He was a veteran of radio in the 1940s and 1950s, notably playing deputy Chester Proudfoot on Gunsmoke (with Vic Perrin and Lawrence Dobkin), Pete the marshal on the sitcom The Harold Peary Show, and various roles on Escape.
