Paul Neary (18 December 194910 February 2024; age 74) was a British comic book artist. He started in the 1970s at Warren Publishing before moving to Marvel UK. By 1990, he was the Editor-in-Chief at Marvel UK, a position he held until 1993.

After the turn of the millennium, Neary worked with Bryan Hitch on a regular basis on titles such as Stormwatch, The Authority, The Ultimates, and Fantastic Four. He also provided writing, art, and editing on a number of Doctor Who comics and magazines.

His only Star Trek contribution was doing the pencils and inking for "A Rolling Stone Gathers No Nanoprobes" in WildStorm's Star Trek: Special.
