Pelios Station was where Curzon Dax and Benjamin Sisko first met.
In 2370, after receiving the Dax symbiont, Verad Dax and Sisko recalled the station. (DS9: "Invasive Procedures")
In 2371, Odo (who was carrying Curzon's memories and persona during Jadzia's zhian'tara) thought Kasidy Yates reminded him of a woman Sisko dated on the station. (DS9: "Facets")
While on Pelios Station, Sisko met a particular dancer; in 2373, Yedrin Dax's knowledge of this dancer proved to Sisko that he was indeed carrying the Dax symbiont. (DS9: "Children of Time")
