The personal log of Saru contained log entries kept during since the beginning of his service in Starfleet, through to his time aboard the USS Discovery.
In 2257, while undergoing the Kelpien vahar'ai and expecting his own death, Commander Saru told Michael Burnham that he had kept detailed personal logs since joining Starfleet. As a final request, he asked Burnham to officially catalog them so that General Order 1 would no longer apply to the Kelpiens. (DIS: "An Obol for Charon")
While Saru discussed the existence of his personal logs, no episode has featured an entry recording.
