Peter Gluck is a location manager and location scout who worked for Becky Brake as Assistant Location Manager on the 2012 sequel Star Trek Into Darkness. For this work, Gluck received a California on Location Award in the category Location Team of the Year – Studio Feature Films which he shared with Becky Brake, Steve Woroniecki, Steven Boyd, Leo Fialho, Kathy McCurdy, Golden Robert Swenson, Scott Trimble, Shelly Armstrong, and Christina Otteson.
Gluck previously received four California on Location Awards: In 1996 as Location Professional of the Year – TV Commercials, in 2008 in the category Location Team of the Year – Features for his work on the thriller Eagle Eye, in 2009 in the category Location Team of the Year – Features for his work on the crime thriller Takers, and in 2012 in the category Location Team of the Year – Independent Feature for his work on the romance Knight of Cups, shared with Leo Fialho.
Other projects on which Gluck worked as key assistant location manager or location scout include the comedy Role Models (2008), the fantasy film Twilight (2008), the comedy sequel Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel (2009, working with Steve Woroniecki), the drama Water for Elephants (2011), the fantasy film Priest (2011, with Karl Urban, Brad Dourif, Christopher Plummer, and Mädchen Amick), the comic adaptation X-Men: First Class (2011, with Glenn Morshower and Ray Wise), the comedy Friends with Benefits (2011), the horror sequel Insidious: Chapter 2 (2013, working with Christina Otteson), the drama Chef (2014), the sequel Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), and the action sequel Mission: Impossible 5 (2015, with Simon Pegg and produced by J.J. Abrams and David Ellison).
Beside his work as location manager, Gluck was the food stylist for the 2007 short horror film Rhyme Animal and producer for the short films Sitters Street 82010) and Because It Matters (2015).
