Phil Culotta is a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who performed stunts in Star Trek: Insurrection, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise.
He won two Taurus World Stunt Awards (2001 for best fire work in Hollow Man and 2007 for best fight sequence in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, the latter shared with Mark Wagner, Thomas DuPont, Tony Angelotti, Lisa Hoyle, Jeff Wolfe, Jeremy Fry, and Tom Morga).
