Philip Anthony-Rodriguez (born 10 March 1968; age 56) is a stage and television actor who played Juan in the Star Trek: Enterprise second season episode "Horizon".

Among his acting resume are films such as Academy Boyz (1997, with Kristanna S. Loken and Ivar Brogger), Undercurrent (1999, with Brenda Strong), and Ode (2007, with Kavi Raz).

He has also guest-starred in television series such as Law & Order (1997 and 2000), Becker (2002, with Susan Gibney), JAG (2004, with Zoe McLellan and Richard McGonagle), CSI: Miami (2005, with F.J. Rio), and NCIS (2007, with Brian Cousins, Brian Markinson, and Susanna Thompson).

He acted in a leading role as Kyle Duarte in the television series Jake 2.0 (2003-2004).

Anthony-Rodriguez is also a voice actor and has lent his voice to several video games such as Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002) and True Crime: New York City (2005). He had a recurring role in Star Wars Rebels as the Inquisitor known as "Fifth Brother".
