Phyllis Corcoran-Woods is a wardrobe professional that worked as a key costumer for all seven seasons of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and the fourth season of Star Trek: Enterprise. She also worked as the chief costumer on Star Trek Nemesis. The Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual features Corcoran's name on a personnel directory of Starbase 375.

In addition to her work on Star Trek, Corcoran-Woods has also worked on such films as E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982, along with Bill George, John McLeod, Ralph McQuarrie, and Ronn Brown), The Breakfast Club (1985, along with Greg Agalsoff, James R. Alexander, Nicholas Korda, and John Roesch), Weird Science (1985, along with Robert Rusler, Michael Berryman, Wallace Langham, Greg Agalsoff, James R. Alexander, Rick Thompson, Steve Kelso, Phil Culotta, Sharon Schaffer, and Shawn Lane), and The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (1991, along with Jacqueline Brookes, Anthony James, Tim O'Connor, Peter Mark Richman, Don Pugsley, Manny Perry, John Fleck, Tony Vandenecker, Robert Cole, Bobby Burns, Peewee Piemonte, Don Pulford, Lynn Salvatori, Ed Anders, Eric Norris, Mary Peters, Bill McTosh, Shaw Lane, Sonia McDancer, Phil Chong, Eugene Collier, Bud Davis, Charlie Brewer, Phil Adams, and John McLeod).

Corcoran-Woods was also the costume supervisor for Nickelodeon's The Amanda Show from 1999 to 2001 (co-starring John Kassir, guest-starring Ashley Edner, Andrew Hill Newman, Ron Fassler, and Michelle Horn, and for which Vince Deadrick, Jr. was stunt coordinator and Lisa Hoyle, Jeffrey Eith, and Chris Blackwood did stunt work).
