In that year, Commander Charles Tucker, who had transferred from Enterprise NX-01, ordered Crewmen Pierce and Biggs to recalibrate the ship's field stabilizers as part of an effort to align Columbia's dilithium matrix to within 0.3 microns. (ENT: "Affliction")
Pierce was played by an unknown actress.
In the final draft script of "Affliction", this character was instead assigned, along with Ensign Rivers, to start work on Columbia's injector assembly.
