The Pinnacles was a Federation Type 6A shuttlecraft operated by Starfleet in the late 24th century. It was attached to the USS Cerritos
In 2381, this shuttle was landed in front of the entrance to the Transporter Facility on Earth. (LD: "Grounded")
In 2382, the Pinnacles was damaged and flipped on its side by crossfire during the shape war between the Orbs and Cubes. Lieutenant jg Beckett Mariner and Ensign Olly took shelter behind it. (LD: "Of Gods and Angles")
Like other Cerritos shuttles named for California national parks, this one is named after Pinnacles National Park.
