The Pioneer class was a class of Federation starship that was in operation with Starfleet sometime in the 23rd century.
History[]
The Pioneer-class was introduced sometime in the early to mid 23rd century, and featured a compact design, while retaining design elements typical of the period, including a Constitution-class style saucer, and cylindrical nacelles.
In 2401, the USS Pioneer herself, had been relocated to the Fleet Museum at Athan Prime, sitting near her sister ship from the same period, the USS New Jersey. (PIC: "Võx"; Star Trek: Picard season 3 end credits)

Background information[]
The Pioneer-class was one of several starship classes that originated from Star Trek Online, where it was identified as a Pioneer Utility Cruiser. The class was designed by concept artist Hector Ortiz and built as a CGI model by its associate art director, Thomas Marrone. [1]
The class name was later revealed and confirmed by Dave Blass. [2] According to production art, this class is 221.52 meters in length, 117.24 meters in width, and 63.04 meters in height. [3]
While the USS Pioneer had been absent at the Fleet Museum in PIC: "The Bounty" (her berthing place left vacant for the USS Titan to occupy), and was only fleetingly seen in PIC: "Võx", clear concept art had already been created by Keene Sin showing a closeup of her berthed at the museum. [4]
