Plomeek Soup a la Neelix was a variation of traditional Vulcan plomeek soup which was created by Neelix in 2371.

He offered it to Tuvok as "a little taste of home", but decided to tweak the recipe to make it less bland. Tuvok described the new recipe as "rather piquant". (VOY: "Faces")
