Porakan eggs
Porakan eggs were a delicacy from planet Porakas IV. They appeared light brown with little spots in a darker shade of brown. Their size equaled that of Earth chicken eggs.
In 2373, Neelix prepared scrambled Porakan eggs with a little dill weed and a touch of rengazo for breakfast, which he called a "galactic favorite". He described them as being the most flavorful eggs in the sector.
Porakan eggs were not easy to prepare, and Neelix had to sterilize them in a cryostatic chamber for three days, after which each and every one had to be parboiled. (VOY: "Flashback")
