Poutine was a dish that originated in the Québec region of Earth, consisting of French fries, fresh cheese curds, and gravy.
La'an Noonien-Singh referenced poutine when describing Canada to an alternate James T. Kirk after they traveled to the year 2022. They would later eat poutine together at The Lakeview diner in Toronto. (SNW: "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow")
