Quark's (also known as Quark's Bar) is a recreational facility located on the Promenade of station Deep Space 9.
It is owned and tended by Quark, a Ferengi entrepeneur, and is a favorite gathering place of both residents and visitors of the station. The bar includes facilities such as Dabo, darts and several holosuites on the second level. A wide selection of beverages from the Alpha, Beta and Gamma Quadrants are available at Quark's, including Bajoran springwine, Klingon bloodwine, root beer and kanar. It also features a Replicator for special orders. Quark also created new drinks such as a warp core breach. (DS9: "His Way")

Quark claims that the average ambient noise level of the bar is typically 65 decibels. When Klingons are in the bar, the noise level can reach a maximum of 85 decibels. (DS9:"The Way of the Warrior")
In 2372, the staff of Quark's formed the Guild of Restaurant and Casino Employees, and launched a strike against unfair working practices. The dispute was settled secretly in the union's favour so as not to invite punishment from the Ferengi authorities. (DS9: "The Bar Association")

Later that year, Quark made an attempt to advertise the bar aboard the station com-system by using an encryption program to bypass the station's access protocols, a class-3 offense. He also managed to alter the systems aboard the USS Defiant, by causing the replicators in its' Mess hall to produce "Quark's Place"-themed merchandise. (DS9: "The Quickening")

When Quark refused to honor a contract to sell his dessicated remains to FCA Liquidator, Brunt, all his assets were seized as punishment and the bar was closed. However, the population of the station donated sufficient materials to reopen the bar for Quark to operate as normal. (DS9:"Body Parts")
