Quark's Express

Quark's Express was a restaurant franchise owned by Quark. It was a modified version of a full size Quark's Bar, Grill, Gaming House and Holosuite Arcade intended for smaller spaces. He gave one to the Bolians, and suggested having one at Starfleet Academy after Captain Carol Freeman turned down his proposed addition of a full-sized Quark's Bar to the school.
