The Raid on Trelka V was a small Dominion War offensive mounted by the Klingons in early 2375. General Martok sent two Bird-of-Prey's to attack the Trelka V base. After they had caused damage, the two ships attempted to leave the system. However one was destroyed by a Cardassian ship. While the Cardassians pursued the remaining ship, the rest of Martok's small fleet attacked the base again, catching them as they were attempting to repair the base. (DS9: Once More Unto the Breach")
