Randy Oglesby (born 31 August 1948; age 75), also credited as Thomas Oglesby, is an actor who has portrayed seven different Star Trek characters, most notably Degra on Star Trek: Enterprise. He is one of only five actors to do so, the others being Jeffrey Combs, J.G. Hertzler, Vaughn Armstrong, and Thomas Kopache.

Oglesby has also guest-starred in numerous other television series, including L.A. Law, The X Files, and ER (with James Cromwell). He played Professor Seidel in the Angel episode "Supersymmetry", appeared in an episode of Cold Case, and guest-starred twice on JAG (2002 and 2005, respectively). He has also starred in The Boston Legal episode, "The Black Queen" (a show featuring William Shatner, René Auberjonois, and John Larroquette) and had a recurring role in the short-lived series Vanished. In 2007, he appeared in the long-running ABC soap, General Hospital, before earning another recurring role, this time on the TV series Dirt. He has since appeared in the popular shows True Blood, Lie to Me, and Bones, with his most recent television appearance being in the NCIS episode "Defiance", playing Brigadier General Scott Oliver.

Oglesby has also had some film roles, most notably as Mike Dodge in Independence Day (1996) and as Detective Bryson in Liar Liar (1997). Other roles include a strategic analyst in Pearl Harbor (2001), Lieutenant Colonel List in We Were Soldiers (2002, uncredited), and a harvest surgeon in The Island (2005), alongside Ethan Phillips and Michael Clarke Duncan.
