Raye Birk (born 27 May 1943; age 81) is an actor who portrayed Wrenn in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "Haven" and a Son'a doctor in Star Trek: Insurrection.

He previously had played Papshmir, the man who hired Vincent Ludwig (Ricardo Montalban) to assassinate Queen Elizabeth II in The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988) and later reprised his role in Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult (1994). He also appeared in Throw Momma from the Train (1987, featuring Kate Mulgrew).

On television, he had a recurring role as the mailman Walt Twitchell on Cheers (with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, and Paul Willson). He played the role three times on Cheers and once on the spinoff show, Frasier. He also co-starred in the Babylon 5 episode "Intersections in Real Time," which also featured repeat Star Trek guest actor Bruce Gray.
