Reginald Lal Singh (8 August 19051 December 1970; age 65) portrayed a Board Officer in the Star Trek: The Original Series first season episode "Court Martial". He filmed his scenes on Monday 3 October 1966, Wednesday 5 October 1966, on Friday 7 October 1966 and Monday 10 October 1966 at Desilu Stage 9 and Stage 10.

He can also be seen via archive footage from the 1951 science fiction film The Day the Earth Stood Still in the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds first season episode "Strange New Worlds".

His previous television appearances included The Adventures of Dr. Fu Manchu, Jane Wyman Presents The Fireside Theatre (1958, with Phillip Pine), and Family Affair (1966, with series lead Brian Keith). His film credits include Storm Over Tibet (1952, with William Schallert), The War of the Worlds (1953, with Nick Borgani, Dick Cherney, David Sharpe, Charles J. Stewart, and Arthur Tovey), Dragon's Gold (1954, with Anthony Jochim), Elephant Walk (1954, with Abraham Sofaer), To Catch a Thief (1955, with Monty O'Grady) and the 1959 Biblical epic Ben-Hur (with Mike Dugan and Richard Hale).

He also served as technical advisor for the films The Naked Jungle (1954, with Abraham Sofaer) and Around the World in 80 Days (1956).

Singh died at the age of 65 in Los Angeles, California.
